In response to the recent uptick of violence against women in Bulgaria, GDSO has created a new course to help women develop their self defense skills and mindset, tactically.

This course is only taught in English language.

Course Overview:

Welcome to Femme Fatale, a comprehensive ladies only self-defense course designed to equip you with the skills, confidence, and awareness needed to protect yourself in any situation. This transformative course combines essential techniques, situational awareness training, and practical tools to make you a prepared and empowered woman.

Course Topics:

1. Basic Attacks, Counters, and Defensive Strikes: In Femme Fatale, you will learn fundamental self-defense techniques tailored specifically for women. Our former U.S Military instructors will guide you through a series of hands-on training sessions, teaching you how to effectively fend off potential attackers. You’ll gain proficiency in striking, blocking, and escaping from common threats, allowing you to assert control and create a safety zone around yourself.
2. Situational Awareness: Understanding the environment and potential threats is a crucial aspect of self-defense. In this course, we introduce you to Cooper’s Color Code, a renowned system used to gauge situational awareness. You’ll learn how to identify different threat levels, enabling you to respond quickly and appropriately to each situation. By developing this heightened sense of awareness, you’ll be better equipped to anticipate and evade potential dangers.
3. Hands-On Pepper Spray Training: Pepper spray is a potent and non-lethal tool that can help neutralize an attacker, granting you the precious seconds needed to escape harm’s way. Femme Fatale provides you with hands-on training in using pepper spray effectively and responsibly. Our instructors will educate you on proper handling, aiming techniques, and potential legal considerations, ensuring you are prepared to utilize this tool effectively and confidently.
